What happens after the trial?
Your card is charged for the plan you chose. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged; your books stay readable and exportable.
What if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working while the retries run. If the subscription lapses, the company becomes read-only with export until it is active again — nothing is deleted, and the money your customers send you is still recorded.
What if I cancel?
The books stay read-only with export for 90 days, with reminders to take your data. Deletion happens only through the offboarding flow you control.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It carries a smaller monthly agent budget and standard support, and every invariant the paid plans have.
